| I'm a new joiner of OV and since yesterday I'm exeperiencing problems in visualising correctly all the screen contents (mainly banners) and, for example, I can't access the polaires anymore: when I click on the link "mono mini" nothing appears. Anyone could tell me what to do to fix it?

| Try in the following order:
- Clear the browser cache
- Restart the browser
- Restart the PC
