The actual classification is pretty useless. WP10 is not the next waypoint, so no one has the position shown. The first places should be between Rybak, knaqua and me.

Do we have to cross WP9 to the north anyway? I think it is necessary to determine right now, some people could not do it appealing to the rules....

Hi Brietling
Click on "instructions de course" (race instructions) when you're loging "Tweans around the world".
You will see you have to pass WP8 and WP9
before WP10 as it's indicated.
About actual classification, OV said it's done at present on WP10.
Why ? Big mystery !!
But anyway, we have to past first WP8 and then, WP9,
as indicated in "instructions de course"
It seems the most of boat sails to pass close to North of WP9.
Perhaps for that some strange things in classification.

Let's see if we can make a good updraft route. Lower speeds, more tactical decissions...

I know, I know Smile

I doubted a lot which way to go after Malvinas. Long term forecasts were not too good for your route, close hauled for many days. So I decided to leave my two great references (Rybak and knaqua) and "explore" the St. Helens High route.

Surfing nicely a front, but.... the high travels at the same speed than us Mad Sooner or later it will stop, hoping not to be too late...

These two references (Rybak and knaqua) are very good ones, but you ought to take a look to the Musel Team from time to time as well

This race will be winned or lost in Cabo Frio, I believe, so please, do not follow Moitessier trends lol!

Good luck

Shit, shit, shit !!!! Mad

More than a week looking for something that finally has not arrived. I'm trapped in the middle of the ocean. So I'm heading home now, almost sure the race has finished for me.

It has been very funny and I've learnt some interesting things sailing around the world. Next time I'll be more competitive Smile

Good luck to you all, hoping to be on time at Barcelona for the finish party Smile
